Employee Relations Managers interact with the employees, resolve workplace conflicts, foster positive employee experiences.

Role summary

As an Employee Relations Manager, you'll be the go-to person for keeping the workplace harmonious by listening to employee concerns and mediating everyday disputes with empathy and fairness. You'll create programs that boost morale, like team-building activities and open feedback channels, while making sure everyone follows company rules and legal standards. Your efforts will help build a supportive culture where people feel valued, productive, and excited to grow together.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies for fair workplace practices.
  • Coach managers on performance management and compliance.
  • Conduct training on conflict resolution and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor's degree (Pref. HR related field).
  • - Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • - Knowledge of labor laws.
